Munchx is a personal food-photo logging tool. Do not use it for delivery, reservations, meal matching, or commercial traffic. Consumable Coins unlock stickers, cover templates, and high-resolution food-card exports. There is no subscription.
1. Agreement
By downloading or using Munchx, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Munchx lets you photograph or import a dish, add taste tags and a short note, optionally record a 10-second voice remark, and save it to a local plate diary. Sample dishes are inspiration only. The app is not a restaurant review platform, map, chat product, or store.
3. Your content
You keep rights to photos and notes you add. You are responsible for having permission to photograph and store that content. Do not post illegal, infringing, or others’ private material. Content stays on your device unless you export a food card to Photos yourself.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Munchx to:
- Arrange meetups, dating, or stranger chat
- Offer delivery, reservations, group-buys, or merchant advertising
- Show precise restaurant addresses, phone numbers, or ordering links as a business listing
- Claim medical, weight-loss, or therapeutic effects
5. Coins and in-app purchases
- Coins are consumable virtual items sold through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Prices are shown in the shop before you buy. Apple charges the transaction.
- Coins unlock stickers, cover templates, themed borders, and high-resolution food-card exports.
- There is no auto-renewing subscription and no Restore button for consumables.
- If an export fails after Coins are deducted, the app refunds those Coins to the local balance.
- Virtual Coins have no cash value and are not transferable between Apple IDs or devices except as Apple’s rules allow.
Refund requests for Apple charges are handled by Apple, not inside Munchx.
6. Local account
The in-app account is stored on this device. Sign out hides the diary until you enter again. Revoke account deletes meals, drafts, and Coins on that device and cannot be undone.
7. Notifications
Meal-time and export reminders are optional. Turning them off does not affect saving or browsing meals.
8. Disclaimer
Munchx is provided as-is for personal journaling. Sample dishes are not an offer to sell food. We are not liable for lost local data, device failure, or how you use exported images. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Coins in the thirty days before a claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. We may stop offering the app. You may stop using it at any time by deleting it.
10. Support
If an export fails or Coins do not arrive after a successful Apple charge, retry the action in the app. Failed paid exports refund Coins locally. For App Store billing issues, use your Apple ID purchase history. For other questions, contact the developer listed on the Munchx App Store product page.
